Movement has always been at the heart of who I am. What began as a love for athletics, dance, and sport has evolved into a lifelong commitment to understanding how intentional movement transforms both body and mind.
As an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, I specialize in strength training, functional movement, mindful recovery, and corrective exercise. My background also includes advanced training in Strength & Conditioning, The Exercise Effect, and The Business of Personal Training. I hold a Bachelor’s in Human Health Science and am currently pursuing my Master’s and Doctorate in Holistic Health through Quantum University.
Over the years, I’ve guided individuals, corporate teams, and luxury wellness spaces across Toronto, helping clients build strength, balance, and sustainable habits. My approach bridges physical fitness with holistic wellness, combining movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle design to create results that last.
